Did you know Lego made a very weird error for Surge 2.0 from their Hero Factory line? If you look at the page in the instructions for Surge 2.0 or Nex that shows that you can combine the two, the armor piece for Surge's legs is not on the ball connector and is instead connected bellow it where it shouldn't be able to connect

There is also another clever building technique in the lego ferrari competizone (set number 76914) where on page number 21, you use stud shooters as exhausts for the car. I personally think that this is genius.
