ya boi finally hit S+ in all modes, time to celebrate with some highlights that show the stupidest things i've done. From not even completely dunking the rainmaker to invisible ink, i've done it all. Honestly tho reaching S+ right now was so much easier than in Splatoon 1. It's probably gonna get harder in the future but right now it's pretty easy, SO DO IT NOW

Yesterday, I dunked the RainMaker.... But that was a second after the match ended, Sheesh if ink that hits the ground after Time is out counts in Turf, The Rainmaker should still count a KO if it comes in contact even after time is out BTW I have gotten a few 3 people splats with the RM

I played Rainmaker and we got a slight lead but they had a really solid defence. 40 seconds left on the clock and we had the lead. I picked up the Rainmaker and spent the last 40 seconds of the game just running away from the enemy team in my own side of the map. My teammates kept dying but the enemies kept chasing me around, it was pretty hilarious (cue the benny hill saxophone theme). An impressive adrenaline rush as well. We won.

I have an explanation for the moment at 1:30. Because the “Points Remaining” forces a KO victory at 0, the game technically ended before the rainmaker was planted. Therefore, dying and dropping the rainmaker after the counter hits 0 will still end the game, even if the carrier dies and drops the rainmaker before planting it. Watch the slowmo instant replay. Notice how the counter reaches 0 frame-perfectly in sync with when the sniper shot hit? The counter reached 0 anyways, despite the rainmaker not being counted as ‘planted’ yet. But the rainmaker doesn’t need to be planted for a victory to be called.

I had a similar experience to the rainmaker one. I charged my heavy splatling just at the right time. It was playing the animation for the other team to slam the rainmaker down but I splatted the rainmaker at the perfect time before he put it down.

I've gotten to one in splat zones when the opponents took control and then gained control again and got a knockout victory. I'm not even kidding. The cool part is that it happened AGAIN on another day. Also, I stopped the tower at 1 before as well and have stopped a rainmaker carrier at 1. Oh, and I got like 8+ splats fending opponents off waiting for my teammates to show up on rainmaker. They didn't show up, or died a second after showing up, repeatedly, and I eventually was splatted. High quality teammates confirmed.

This one time I was playing rainmaker on blackbelly skate park (I hope thats the name) and the rainmaker was on the enemies side of the base I was playing undercover Bella, the rainmaker is almost at its bursting point with the enemys ink, and one of the enemy squids is doing a curling bomb rush I go in and block the rainmaker explosion with my Bella, take the rain maker, DOGE THE CURLING BOMB RUSH AND SPLATED THE CURLING SQUID, *AND THEN MANAGED TO GET ON THE PEDISTAL AND WIN THE MATCH* And thats why I played undercover brella for like 2 months, its just an explosion sheild
