I think the very last sentence of the patch is interesting and overlooked. Nintendo seems to be implying that they plan on nerfing certain weapons in the future, which is an approach they rarely take

I’m interested to see how that Recycled Brella buff feels. Its shield may be terrible, but launching a bunch of them in quick succession could actually be pretty useful. It could also help to give the weapon more of an unique identity (shield launch spam) as rn Recycle Brella is only really notable for its solid damage.

Doesn't seem like a useful buff. The shield just needs to be stronger. Giving it 50+ health would help it a lot. It won't be like the undercover umbrella but still be functional.

playing around with it, i'm not sure how good it is, but the weapon *feels* so much better. being able to actually block a few shots and get canopy back faster is so nice

The Inkbrush hitbox buff is super unexpected and very much appreciated. The RNG we deal with at times can be quite annoying for a 4-shot weapon. I'm still hoping for a Glooga Dualies combat buff, like faster projectile speed if they really don't want to make our paint any better.

I actually love love LOVE the _walk out of Grizzco_ change because i always walk back in on accident. also *_Please make the match notifications go at the top of the screen instead of the middle where my crosshair is_* i have astigmatism and literally can not see anything because my eyes physically take too long to focus on in-match notifications and enemy players. Every time the _ONE MINUTE LEFT_ pops up in a game, i am basically shoot in the dark or retreat cuz i cant see what i am looking at

"Made it so that players you battled with in X Battles do not display in the Users You Have Played With system feature." I'm not sure how I feel about this. If someone is throwing, I guess the only thing we can do is report. Even if they aren't, and you keep getting matched with them when they are definitely on a losing streak, you can't really do anything anymore. At least you can still do this for Anarchy (I think)

Patch is great. Only positive changes I want to see: H-3; yes. Give me either slightly faster shots or longer range. The D set has no hope but I've grown to have fun with the vanilla one. Give Dapples and H-3 a ink-to-special buff. Give the Meta a reason to use either of these weapons. Nerfs: .52 Gal, Squeezer, Splattershot, and Snipewriter to have nerfs to their ink-to-special. Nerf Kraken to make it so it can't climb the tower.

The ink brush buff was perfect! Even if it is only a slight buff, it fixes the biggest problem that I had with the weapon: The sheer inconsistency of hitting people point blank. I also noticed it is easier for me to hit people as they run away from me as well!

They need to change it so that you can't fire off the Decavitator one shot after being splatted. It's absolutely ridiculous how many times ive seen people shoot that off even after their splatted tag showed up. Probably much worse than blasters firing off after death.

Been loving bamboozler mk2, so I look forward to chump getting yet another buff, lol. Also S-blast might actually be a real weapon after this update. Part of the issue before was that it was made obsolete by range blaster (range has more range, better AoE and the exact same fire rate). But now that it shoots faster, it's right between range blaster and v blaster in terms of fire rate and has something to make it worth picking over range.

I do noticed that the gold dynamo doesn’t paint much to my experience I feel like I miss kills rather than the cooler version, so I think this slight pain buff can help on it’s horizontal attacks and for slayers to slay 💅🏾😂 Big swig been a cool roller for me can combo well with the angel shooter and one or two horizontal swings

I'm really curious how they're implementing the brella change. I'm guessing they're actually removing frames from the animation of the shield opening for other players? There's no way their game client could know the shield is opening any faster than before, so the only way they could change what is seen is by skipping frames of the animation, as far as I can think of.

Nintendo’s been doing good with recent patches. The only other “buff” I’d like to see is a mobility buff for Triple Inkstrike. I never understood why certain specials like Tenta Missiles, Trizooka, Ultra Stamp, etc… can move in ink but Triple inkstrike cannot. P.S. I’m not a pro so it could be a balancing thing that I’m not aware of.
