There's an official manga about this song called The Vampire (I know, very original) and in the manga the girl is a social media influencer and she is a vampire (or at least thinks she is, I haven't finished it) and let me tell you, the plot is crazy. She got a hateful comment one day so she decided to stalk the guy, and then when she actually met the guy, she fell in love at first sight and from there, she wanted to suck his blood because she thought he was her destined lover.

Theory: This isn’t actually about vampires but about a depressed sadistic masochist. The “sucking blood” a metaphor is her draining people’s happiness for her own pleasure.
