Spleneus Capitis - Trigger Point of the Week

Hi, i feels a bump in this area of neck. I dont know whether its the splenius capitis or splenius cervicis. My physiotherapist said its a muscle knot and nothing to do with it and is harmless. But i am having this severe neckpain and pain behind the eyes.my mri scan reports are normal too. What should i do now?
