Presets are great and so helpful with my work flow but I’m learning sound design to really express and communicate those dynamic moments! Cheers

When do think you might do a tutorial on composing EDM leads, bass, pads etc?? Thank you very much

Any specific edm genre? I’ll try to do something in the future!!

@@nickthechen Not for EDM, really appreciate you taking a recorded sample and the cat resampler. I used a lot of real life samples and twisting the mundane til it’s recognizable or the source is indistinguishable. The journey is half the fun!

The YT speech-to-text detected Face Paint for hearting a fave, and Mello-Fi defaulted to melody.

I forgot to say that I use splice only and only for vst instruments and I never use loops/melodies that someone else has made and I only make my own drum/percussion and Chord/melodies patterns.

What? Good trap beats are not that simple to make. Making a decent trap beat with perfect 808's/low end, unique drums that slap, interesting hi-hat patterns, cool sound design and a catchy melody that doesn't sound generic as hell is actually pretty damn difficult. If it was that "simple" and easy -- _everyone_ would be producing hit trap records. Often times in electronic music, the simplest sounding genres can be the most difficult to produce.

nobody cares that you hate hip hop. go watch videos about jazz if you want to see videos about jazz. its pretty obvious that you're not the target demographic for these videos, so leave instead of taking up space and demanding the content to change for you. your comments about hip hop and trap are just disrespectful and its very clear that you aren't educated on the subject. just because you personally dislike a genre doesn't mean you have the authority to diminish it entirely. there are so many derivative, garbage songs in the genres you make. its not about the genre but about the artist's skill. take your pretentious snobbery elsewhere. you are not superior to other musicians because you make "objectively good" genres, you just have a personal preference like everyone else.

@@cornbone you are right and when I thought more about my own comment, I decided to delete it because it was not good for the youtube/music community and when I posted my comment, I was in a bad mood. but I would like music companies to invest more in other music genres as well. but yeah, my previous comment was really stupid and now I deleted it and I'm not going to comment in the same way in the future. have a nice day 😀

@@shinjukucafe ill admit i went a little hard on you cause i assumed you were gonna double down and be a jerk about it, and thats my bad. i was in a bad mood when i wrote my initial comment as well. i appreciate that you were actually receptive to what i said and changed your mind, i didn't expect that lol. hope you have a nice day too!
