Couple tips on the ear protection. Needs to be inserted flush with the tragus. And also foam ear plugs lower ambient noise by about 30 dB. Which means at 125 with ear plugs you're still exposed to around 95dB.

​@Rusty Shackelford I'd take that article with a pinch of salt if I were you. Very first example it gives is cars, yet asbestos use has been banned in the motor industry for some time now. It also lists insulation and construction materials. I'm not sure about the US, but I'm pretty sure it's the same as the UK where it's also been banned from use there, too.
