As someone who'd been rafting/floating Idaho rivers for 40+ years (I've done that very rapid in a 14' Aire CAT and a 12' R2 round-boat several times). Idaho is on a whole different level in terms of White Water. I know the Payette VERY well... I almost drowned there too several years ago and Walt Blackadar died there decades ago on a different fork of the same river. I love that area. Spent many many summers there with my best friends floating everything we could and exploring every hot springs we could find.

Stay there with him and work, or go with cleet to be his copilot and no longer have a job with fasterproms. Obviously you see the choice George made. Cleet leaving the shop he shared with Jeremy coincided with all the George drama and cleet wasn't gonna let his boy lose his job because of him so he immediately hired George onto his team. Internet drama made it seem like cleet and Jeremy split because of beef when it was just cleet outgrowing the shared shop, and while I'm sure there was tension with George and Jeremy, cleet didn't "steal" him from Jeremy or anything. George made his choice and cleet made sure he did his boy right in the end and took care of him for that choice.
