I don't want a refund, I want better production! I want to see the action, not the announcers in the middle of the field. The fireworks were great, would have preferred to see the race I paid for though. I would have preferred to see the monster truck jump. I would have preferred to hear the interviews with a Mic that actually works! I would have preferred to see the passes and crashes than a tire change and a fight for 9th place. The priorities are all off and the producer calling the camera's doesn't know what he's doing. The lives are a joke compared to the production YT videos that are top notch. They need to step up their game 500% if they want me to pay MORE for next year.

Did I talk about 25 minutes it took to get connected? NO, those are all a result of what you mentioned. NONE of the camera work, timing and audio problems with mics has anything at all to do with the live streaming company. Repeat, NONE of it. I have been watching the Lives since the first one and the production is only marginally better today. The Cameras are often pointed at completely irrelevant content while the announcers are freaking out about the action and the viewers at home aren't seeing it. Announcer comments like "Did you see that pass on the inside" and we are watching a tire change. Or "Accident in turn 4" and we are watching a concession stand while they talk about the hotdog specials. I've been a "Cleeter Crew" subscriber since the beginning with hopes and expectations that it will get better and it really hasn't. Now I find out it will cost more next year. I have to ask for what? The production isn't anywhere near the level of the KZbin channel and the YT channel is FREE to watch. I want to support Cleetus and the Freedom Factory but I also pay to see watch the race, not concession stand or someone in last place while there is a fight at the front of the pack. I've read many of the comments on his FB page and YT videos and I'm not the only one that feels this way. We want it to be better and the only way that happens is by constructive criticism. Your "Everything is great" will keep it from evolving.
