for those surprised at the oven technique...its been long in the generations for cooking...even gujarati dishes like Handvo are traditionally made with sand at the bottom of the handvo cooker and with the use of charcoal...way to go Grandpa! you are an inspiration...I like the fact that large quantity of food is cooked and distributed amongst the orphan kids... :-) there is still good in the world :-)
