👏👏👏👏 I owe a big thanks to whoever is behind this channel I managed to externalise a childhood trauma and dispose of it thru a kind of Cathartic Release which came naturally to me after watching your videos on Nietzsche (and some videos from elsewhere) The process involved 7 days of crying. I won't go into detail but i feel fundamentally different, i feel solid, grounded, bolder and a whole lot more Feels almost miraculous So thanks you for making such inspired videos🙏

the complicated part about spontaneous recovery is that while mind does interact with body, the modern theories of psychosomatic as well as psycho-maintained forms of chronic pain, can themselves worsen or lessen mental state overall, there is a very real thing called to will to live, and acceptance of death. if the mind wants to survive and is able to find its way out of a trap of feeling pain, (whether the pain is psychosomatic or not ) , then the brain can help the body heal itself. pain itself, specifically longer term chronic pain , impedes many forms of recovery. pain creates stress. stress kills. however, pain, of course, especially acute pain, is the vital source of the body and mind allowing to prevent illness and injury or stop it early, or treat it and attack it early. however prolonged pain seems to impede many forms of self healing. the mind is quite powerful though not omnipotent over the body that supports it and is operated upon and supported by it. all of our organs are feedback systems for one another.

Hi Academy of Ideas! I'm a big fan of your content and find it incredibly relevant. I've noticed you provide an English transcription, which is fantastic! However, have you considered adding Spanish and Portuguese translations? I believe it would greatly appeal to the Brazilian and Spanish-speaking audience. If you want I can help you with that. Keep up the great work!

Love this channel. Really surprised though that NDEs were not at all mentioned. Many cases of spontaneous recovery coming back from an NDE and from prayer. Instant healing from terminal diseases, physical damage to body from accidents etc. If it's not your time, God makes it right for you to continue.

When I turned 18 I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, I always had a crazy sleep schedule, months of depression followed by a week of insane energy and delight. With every year the cycle became more pronounced and detrimental to my life. Then one day, about a month and a half into a deep depressive episode where I was barely eating more than a small amount of bread a day, I went out and walked for about 14 hours straight, like I was walking to my death. Long story short I ended up in the hospital with Rhabdomyolysis, recovered, was released. Summarily went home and meditated for some reason unknown to me, since that meditative "experience" which I would fail to describe in less than an entire essay; I have not had a single bipolar episode since. It has been 3 years with no mood swings, changes in my sleep cycle or anything. I can't explain it at all.

Please research the keto diet. There is strong evidence that a low carb diet (especially a carnivore diet) can heal bipolar disorder.

I healed my Graves Disease. Once I was diagnosed, I lived in a state of victim mentality for about two months until I realized how awful the prescription drugs were for my liver (class D drugs with high rate of liver failure). Something in me snapped and the phrase ‘if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself’ came to mind. I threw the meds out. I was on a mental mission where there was magically no perceived failure going to happen. I changed my diet to GF, no processed, limited caffeine, no processed sugar and in 2 months I was healed. The he endocrinologist had never seen anything like it. That was 9 years ago, I’m still good to this day.

Sufference is often a catalyst to transcendence. My misery is an alchemical process of creating a healer out of my soul, from the body of someone afflicted. I am going through profound spiritual changes right now and this video is immensely serendipitous. I am grateful. It is helping me believe in my healing. God bless to anyone reading that needs hope. You are loved. I love you. Now it's your turn to love yourself, or selves..

But for people with not enough money to live on as many find themselves today, health tends to be secondary. At the end of the day, we should ponder what life really is all about and IF there is life after death. These are the 2 quests in life that would change the world out of this totally insane over consumption of everything society.
@KatyWantsToGo
@KatyWantsToGo 10 ай бұрын
so you are suggesting that rather than focus on the things we can actually change that we should ponder the great unknown instead? That’s like crashing your car and instead of fixing it, you wait to see what God wants to do with it instead isn’t it? I find that too much time spent pondering the after life drives me a little mad, no ones knows what happens and I’m not that likely to figure it out…So I work on what I can and that is me…

My primary care doctor found a lump in my breast and I just told it to go away. I was on the brink of getting custody of my grandchildren and I just didn't have time to have cancer. I hope you can do whatever is necessary to heal, stranger ❤ Look into alternatives to chemo. Idk if it works for the type of cancer you have, but I’ve heard wonderful things about fenbendazole. Also consider foraging for Turkey Tail mushrooms (easily identified by the lack of pores under the cap), make a tea or tincture with it and take it daily. Do some research on it, Turkey Tail contains the most potent immunogenic compounds that have been discovered to date, if I’m not mistaken. I wish you a full and expedient recovery!

Fell of a building nearly 4 weeks ago. Shattering a heel on the left foot was the greatest injury. While it is anticipated to be a few more months before i can walk again, I am confident in the body's repair systems and know it can be rebuild. My elbow once had 4+ fractures and came to be just fine. I intend to remain positive regarding this event and rely on my body's ability to heal itself now and in the future. Positivity is key. Yeah I’m trying to question this, I’ve heard of a thing called brain-heart coherence and when you thank whatever it is that is causing you problems, with breath work where when you inhale and hold while slowly exhale, you start to relax more which I assume loosens that stress and then your body has room to work to heal itself. As much as I would like to believe in actual divine healing, I have to be skeptical since there’s been a lot of pseudoscience being thrown around and people just accept it, I do have an issue with that, but if there’s quantum science that can explain it, and most importantly if it works! Then this needs to be studied much more

What we enjoy the most about your channel is not only the historic trascendental knowledge and how you do your best at trying to move it forward without losing its authenticity, but also how appreaciative you are about the hidden knowledge in it that a lot of people can't see on their own. This is the work of a good educator. And on the topic, if you are sick enough for long enough, and go down in introspection about it, hopefully you'll discover that all illnesses are deep spiritual battles to re-conquer yourself. Unfurtunately most of post-modern medical care is about money and egos. Thank you for your work.

Eight years ago, I was told by my urologist that the prostate cancer had spread following the surgery, and I had only a few months to live. MIraculously, psychological tenacity and some commonsense changes in nutrition (i.e. B17, apricot kernels, vitamin D supplements, intermittent fasting, eliminating sugar and bread from my diet) resulted in regression. I am now a strong believer of body's ability to heal itself.

in some cases, the diagnosis and the subsequent treatment (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy), which weaken the body are the reason why the body cannot heal itself. If they only left it alone. The body does have the ability to heal itself, at least in some cases.

I've been sick for 30 years after a dermatologist talked me into taking Accutane for my mild acne. I've tried everything to try to regenerate my body. Most supplements are bogus. The ones I recommend for sure are NAC and quercetin, also possibly r-lipoic acid. The king of all body regeneration is fasting. I've done 3, 5, 9, and 21 day water fasts. If your looking for a true detox/regeneration fast, 9 days is the minimum. 1 to 5 is cute but your body is still setting up for the actual fast which begins at day 5. Sauna and cold plunges also work. Intense exercise will help as well as long as it is intense enough to get you out of breath, red in the face and sweating profusely. This exercise will oxygenate your tissues as well trigger autophogy. The best exercise I've found is jiu jitsu. I'm currently looking into building a hyperbaric chamber, the data is promising. Of the hundreds of health books I've read the best single book for full body regeneration is "The Wahls protocol" . good luck.

I could argue benfotiamine is a good one too. It's B1, they use it in other countries to treat neuropathy instead of gabapentin. It stopped my idiopathic neuropathy in its tracks. I think paired with R-lipoic acid (also used for neuropathy) it probably would be even better.

@user-sm5qt1sn7s I had minor symptoms that seemed unrelated to each other for about 5 years before my body finally broke and my quality of life tanked completely. I've had many "doctors" through the years and none of them have been willing to acknowledge that the Accutane may have contributed. I'm convinced that it was the Accutane because my experience matches others who have been damaged. There are some trademark accutane symptoms like itchy eyes, bloody bowel movements, and esophagus pain. Not everyone gets these and those who do don't have them all the time. I hope it didn't effect you like it did me.

The conclusion is the most important part in my opinion. Once you are able to face your own death and subsequently accept it, realise that even though you may do all the right things and take all the necessary steps there is still that possibility of death. Yet the more you worry and try to avoid it, the more it will chase you down. The key is to accept death because once you do that then everything else is trivial, you can truly be yourself and reconnect with the aspects of you that you lost when you were busy concerning yourself with life’s worries. But since death has no worries then you are able to fully enjoy life and express yourself truly.

Indeed, your Lord is a possessor of forgiveness and a possessor of painful penalty. *2:136* Say, O believers, “We believe in *Allah* and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; and what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. An idea for Academy of Ideas (for a theme to explore): the corporate world and its internal structure. The company's "values" that are hardly ever really followed, or only superficially. The cult-like mindset, with its own vocabulary and trends. The sycophant and posturing attitude (particularly in order to climb the chain of command). The blaming of others when something isn't done correctly. Putting on a mask in order to fit in... and so much more. Of course, I'm sure there are exceptions. Nevertheless, I keep observing what I described and I'm not the only one. I personally find it difficult to keep a job in modern day labour market (which is, in itself, a corporate term) because of all this. Even though I'm far from having a quarrelsome personality, I keep getting fired for refusing to follow some directives, even when they are not overtly mandatory. In the case of the corporate world, I have to fight a ghost, or a faceless monster, as when I win a argument against someone in charge, instead of saying "Ok, you're right", they send another manager or head of department to debate against me again. Or else, they don't say anything but they make sure I'll have my payback time. The positive side to this is that it forces me to stand up for myself, which is something I didn't do enough in the past . Yet, on the other hand, it's getting more difficult to find a source of income. It's a major issue in society, especially when small and medium-sized enterprises are disappearing. And I haven't even mentioned the philosophy behind the products and services they deliver 😂

@@susanmercurio1060 I'd be surprised, wouldn't you? But regarding this topic and taking it to a broader context, I've started to read Iceberg Slim's "Pimp: The Story of My Life" and it's shocking to see that the techniques used by pimps to manipulate those girls they employ in order to harvest the fruit of their labour turn out to be the same as those used in the corporate world. Dave Chappelle puts it succinctly and quite well in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2LSamyHgd-YraMsi=yey3_oFsWfdkygwS At the end of the day, it's always the exploitation of man by man.

"Disease" is better understood as: dis-ease. I have only twice seen a doctor in the past 22 years; once for stitches for a hockey injury and in December for test for a chronic issue when I got scared and lost faith. I never went back to get the test results and I missed a cancer screening appointment. I will only see a doctor for physical injuries. Dis-eases aren't about the physical ailment, for me. They represent something being very off in one's life.
