reaaaly love this video, chill doomsday scenarios to study and relax to... but there r some things that i noticed that were just waaaaaaay incorrect. i'm too lazy to list them all so i'll just list 2 of my favourite ones: 31:59, the earth's core freezing would NOT AFFECT its GRAVITATIONAL FIELD, but ONLY ITS MAGNETIC field. This does mean that we would probably have some reaaally terrible effects such as cosmic radiation and solar wind being much more dangerous, and probably the atmosphere would also be much more vulnerable to being stripped away by radiation and uhh just a generally bad time. 28:30 also was funny with broogli saying we dont understand what makes up the gases in nebulae and gas clouds - afaik we do know what these gases are, probably mostly just hydrogen and some other gases such as helium. there were some other stuff like i said but i cant be bothered to write them all out lol, but uh ty broogs for the vid ^_^

About the climate change part-well, of course, earth will regulate itself, but not without wiping out a huge amount of the living things on it, including humans. You see, usually when natural climate change occurs, it takes hundreds of thousands of years, so life on earth has time to adapt to it. This climate change, that is without a doubt occur caused by humanity, is different because changes occur within literal years
@LosloTypical2 ай бұрын
No no, you see climate change isn’t real. The real threat is glaciers melting and disproportionately weighing the earth down on one half of the earth and changing the earth’s tilt (a real entry to this video).
@mankind-redefined19825 ай бұрын
I highly doubt mankind itself will exist when Andromeda and The Milky Way "collide", but even if we were it really won't be much of an issue. The vast majority of both these galaxies (of all galaxies, indeed of the entire universe) is just empty space. These galaxies colliding will be less a collision and more a billions of years long, very slow entanglement, eventually resulting in a cohesive, single galaxy. Earth will be entirely uninhabitable by the time this merger begins anyway (solar expansion), but if mankind yet still existed and settled either farther out in the solar system or in a different star system entirely, the merger probably wouldn't effect us much.

Appreciate the effort that goes into making these videos, but If you're going to try and teach people about these complex topics could you please try a little harder to grasp the concepts yourself? A lot of entries are just fully incorrect and not even in a normal way, it's weird shit to get wrong it feels like you never even googled half of them and just made something up based on the title. It's just your youtube channel to you but misinformation is a real problem that we need to solve by fact checking things ourselves, especially when there are a lot of people listening to what we say and trusting that it's at least somewhat correct. Mistakes happen, we're human, but a lack of effort into research is different than that.
@LosloTypical2 ай бұрын
Why did it take this long to find someone else in these comments noting how wild the misinformation in this video was…? 😶 This guy is a great example of how good editing and confidence is enough to come across as credible, when this guy is packing sentences with vague words like “stuff” “things” and “nobody really knows.”
@senorbuen0Ай бұрын
It's nothing personal against the guy but yeah the ignorance on most if not all these topics shows. Nothing wrong with still presenting theories regarding these topics, but I would say just stick to the facts and only include opinions if you're actually informed on the topic and even then only present them as such. I won't act like I know about half of this stuff but as a CS student the part where he discusses AI made me die a little inside
