You all just made me a follower. I enjoyed the energy, knowledge, and overall environments shared throughout the video. The last time I was in New Orleans was in 2009 for Essence Festival. You both made me feel reconnected.

The 3rd level of the Lalaurie mansion wasn’t added until well after she and her husband were chased out of New Orleans the night her tortured slaves were discovered and the house was abandoned just a side not. Regardless, that house is a place where extremely terrible things happened to fellow humans. May those who were effected by them rest in peace 🙏🏼

New Orleans captured my soul too. So much so that I've not stopped researching her history since returning a few weeks back

Tasting that warm, crunchy, toasty, soft, sweet doughnut flavor, then drinking a sip of hot aromatic sweet almost chocolatey coffee, while listening to New Orleans Jazz would have made me cry too. I have family who lives there. It's an interesting city, especially for horror fans. Glad you enjoyed it! You chose good restaurants. Send back food if it's not cooked properly!

Hahahha we don’t like wasting food we mostly eat everything anyway regardless of whether it’s not done well. An animal died for us to consume it.

Mardi Gras originally started in Mobile, LA (Now Mobile, AL) and is the sister city to New Orleans as Mobile was founded first by the same brothers.

I think you got most of the facts wrong on the LaLaurie Mansion. That is not the original house. So the bricked up window has nothing to do with the slave who jumped. That third story was added in after being rebuilt. The slave wasn't a "he", it was a "her". The reason why AHS didn't film there was NOT because they were 'scared". It was never on option to film because it's a private home now that does not offer tours or allow filming inside or use of the exterior for filming. Get it together.

I’m glad someone said it because it was really annoying. From the beginning she got everything wrong and I stopped taking her seriously right after that. She would have did better just vlogging and not even trying to give a made up history lesson.

One of the cooks in the house started the fire because her husband was being tortured upstairs.

When you go thru the to-go line at Cafe Dumonde and get your beignets in a bag and sit at a table… you are taking a table away from an actual server who relies on tips. I hope you left a tip! Very rude. Your info about things including the LaLaurie Mansion is so wrong I couldn’t finish watching the video. Did you research at all?
