The Beetle Juice looks very cool, shame to miss that one. The park and ride master! Beeflje juice, very clever! Wow great presentation. A dripping burger ❤a very civilised surgical cut into the burger! Nice to be eating that inside in that weather. Oh brilliant you have the can back at home. Mmm, im sold on that beer! Loved the Halloween burger, which I could not resist going to try but maybe should have left it till next year, as I was only at the Fat Hippo 3 weeks ago. The Impeccable Pig was fantastic, we enjoyed it so much I booked an overnight stay the Sunday before Christmas for Mrs Metalmans Christmas present :o). That was a fun menu and item selections. Love that they do this for the Halloween season. Usually you do not want to eat food that has turned green but this was cool. Looked and sounded quite delicious too. I probably would have went for the draft and all as well being a special occasion. Nice review. Awesome stuff. Have a wonderful day.

Yes the green bun was a bit suspect but fair play, it did taste nice but it was when I poured out the beer, which was bright green I was a bit worried lol. Again, no problems with it, tested real nice. Appreciate you stopping by, cheers Alan

Amusing! I think people have the same ideas in different countries as I have seen Halloween burgers and beer also here in the States..and cookies, chocolate etc etc...didn't try them though LOL...

OMG they should have just called that burger the monster - that looked huge! Looking at those fries made my mouth water, those looked amazing. I thought the beer was going to end up being just a gimmick, so nice that you found it good as well since it was so pricy. What a great combo!

The green bun was definitely interesting, Alan. Definitely Halloween themed for sure. It looked OK, though, and obviously tasted better. It's a little too pricey for me, especially if you have a family in tow. OK, for lone diners or couples. That said it is a city centre location so prices are going to be that bit more expensive.

Yeah, this place does seem a bit pricier than all the other places you go to. If the quality is really good, that helps a lot. It is a very odd looking burger, but I believe you when you say it's delicious! I'm glad your silverware was clean this time. I wouldn't mind trying that beer either! Nice review, Alan!

The green bun looks nasty, lol. It was packed with toppings, though. It was a real "monster." Halloween only comes around once a year! Makes the novelty easier to pay a premium for. I'm glad you liked everything. It's not cheap , but the quality looks better, and to be honest, it doesn't sound too much more costly than unsatisfying fast food places.

I love the Halloween themed menu. I'm not sure I could go a green bun or beer though. I've never been to Durham, the streets look really pretty. Well the food was so well presented, that would win over the spooky colours. It looked delicious. Good job you had a plate as it was a sloppy burger.
