I do leather work as a hobby and make my own sporrans. Therefore I can build them to suit my personal taste. I have one with a built in holster for my NAA mini revolver. Another with a divider for my flask.

Got my first "kit" in Edinburgh while at Tattoo this year. Very nice semi in Coyote fur with fur tassles, I like the smaller iphone 6s and 7s with a case that holds a couple of cards and cash for daily use. I also conceal carry and Glock 41s and 42s fit nicely. Lookin for a sporran with more accessability from the top and perhaps a hunting sporran is the answer to a quicker draw. Any conceal carry sporran suggestions

My first sporran is a day sporran... next I will get a dress sporran... these things are expensive but its worth spending a wee bit more to have something which will last and will look good. Don't save on this item. The "long one" is for the military or for bands... its the first thing the people will look at when they see you in the kilt.

I wear a Rob Roy sporran as a "day sporran". I noticed you failed to mention that type of sporran in the video.

My sporran has a snap... i hate the snap... I like that single pin one you guys have there... nothing worse then hearing that snap pop open and then fiddling with it arrgh

Where would you classify a tweed fronted flapped sporran? Day or semi dress? And when would you wear a semi dress VS a dress sporran?

I usually carry my LC9 or LCR in my sporran.

Wookiees live in the lush forests and giant jungles on the planet of Kashyyyk. You'd have to travel there to get one. Not sure if they're protected game though.

I will be buying my next kilt from you. Why? Because you correctly spelled both Wookiee and Kashyyyk. All I’m waiting for is a Clan Jedi tartan and a flask with the clan coat of arms and motto (Gaelic for “May the Force be with you”).

You should have mentioned that a horsehair sporran has basically NO capacity. It's purely decorative.

Depends on the sporran. Some (especially older ones) are purely decorative with at most a small 'credit card sized slot' on the back. Today, most HH sporrans have a full pouch.
