The mispronunciations are understandable considering how vowels in the English language work, i.e. how one letter, such as A, can make several different sounds. In Japanese though, all characters can only make one sounds. Such as あ, which in Hepburn is A, is only pronounced as "Ah". Also, the characters that have the "r" sound don't sound exactly like they would in English. Instead, it's made by quickly tapping the roof of your mouth. It really only takes a small amount of time to learn the phonetics of Japanese, which is by far the easiest part if the language.

Me trying to explain Jougan: So Kaguya gave her chakra to her sons. Both sons have equal chakra to Kaguya. Indra and Asura are born and they share Hagoromo's chakra half and half (so both grand children of Kaguya have half her power) so when the brothers chakra is reincarated in new hosts e.g Naruto and Sasuke they end up with an equal Chakra to Kaguya (therefore being able to beat her). Asuras chakra is not lost in Naruto so Naruto still has half of Kaguyas power, keeping this in mind, the Buykugan is a Dojutsu kekkei genkei descended down from Kaguya which appeared in Kaguya and her other son Hamura (who did not manifest sharingan and stuck with the buykugan) who had the buykugan. So both Hinata and Naruto are related to the Otsutsuki via blood and chakra so it makes sense that Boruto can inherit the Jougan as he is closely related to the Otsutsuki (which owned the jougan first) and he has the massive amount of Uzmaki chakra store which means his body can fuel the Jougan.
