Working out gives no energy it makes you tired after every workout so it's a myth that it does give energy it pays off in the long run though for sure. 50 and over you will most definitely get tired lol

i would LOVE to see someone from science community do some experiments on me and my buddies from a park near my home, we started training 12 years ago and we failed to listen to fitness industry advices on training muscle groups and splits and that regular bs, also we avoid taking 6-8 small meals per day, (we do just fine with 2, with fasting also) , having a plenty of rest (cause we avoid doing that ether, 20-22hours is more than enough rest between hard workouts for at least 8-10 days in a row, than 1 day off and thats about 40 hours total), also going to gym, cause we do not go there, so basically what we did is, we trained every day for 2-2.5 hours, pushups pullups and dips, some extensions and a tuck lever pushups and holds, and we did it every day till failure, also we did it tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow so we didn't have any day off for days and days sometimes weeks and weeks, all youtubers, influencers, trainers from any gym told us we are overtraining and we will not succeed in our desire to look as big as shredded and as aesthetics as possible, without any injury nor platos....yet we did...and we looked better, had more strength and didn't have any major injury like most gym dudes and trainers did. and i started training people with shtty genetics, people who as well as me, have hard lives, doing shtty jobs all day long and having a little money for basic food and nothing else, yet, every guy who ive trained with, has made exceptional gainz, even much much faster than me, cause there was no trial and error, just straight to the point. so its not genetics, its not cosiness nor a nice life, happy family, support or enough money for supplements, we ALL look like on steroids to most of the population, also to some professors from big sports faculties around our city (Belgrade, Serbia) they all think we used some steroids, hormones', peds, or all of it...and i dont even know the names of those 😆 the point of me typing here is not bragging, my ego is at piece, i dont even feel nice comments / compliments when i get them, its this, i would LOVE to hear the real explanations made by scientists and sportsmen together, cause if guys like me, made a dream body and its a hobby of ours, not a profession, yet so called professionals with bunch of degrees behind then, have a hard time making to our level without any abuse of any drug, than the world needs to know that, they need to STOP buying shtty supplements, and stop abusing their body with 6-8meals per day and unhealthy relationship to food, they need to STOP eating low fat like fitness industry proposes, maybe people would believe scientists because they will not believe us, cause everybody else is saying its impossible. it IS impossible to look like Arnold, to have 104 kilograms on 188cm height and 8% bf. but its not impossible to look like me and my best friend, and i am 36, he is 28. i will leave some pics and clips here, i am NOT a fitness trainer, i DO NOT sell anything and i DO NOT need anything, i am here to let you guys know, that ALL OF YOU can look superb, if you train about 2+h per day, about 10-12 days in a row (reach that level in time) if you do not train legs regularly, of like me, 14-15-16 days in a row if you do, cause you need more accumulated stress in order to grow torso and legs at the same time. so the links 1) this is me without a pump instagram.com/tv/CXGa-unFTw1/ 2) me and part of my crew instagram.com/p/CSrz8KWs2eF/ (dude on the left has a youtube channel BackToTheBasics, i am in the middle, my best friend is on the right @zmai_gainz ) 3) me with a pump, instagram.com/tv/CTfXSjylbaw/? was few months off leg workouts cause of my bad knee (i used to roller blade professionally as a kid, have bad knees since from all the aggressive jumps and tricks), later ive managed to have nice legs again, but look at the torso with a nice pump 4) this is my best friend, we train together for almost a decade, he is 8 years younger than me instagram.com/p/ChvOVxpLb7N/ so, this ALL is doable, no matter how tall or how young or old you are (i have trained people in their 40s and 50s) and if you think i sell anything, check my profile, i am a music producer, i do not sell fitness nor i ever will cause the fitness community triggers me into rage with all the bullshit they talk and sell, whey proteins, creatins, other supplements, preworkouts, bottles, 8 meals per day instead of 2, overabuse of protein, low fat instead of high saturated fat meals, low salt instead of CHECK THE TONGUE amount of salt, etc. hopefully one day someone will explain to me with words, cause i understand with results, what actually has happened to us all...its hormesis but how ? bodies are so addaptive to stress, its crazy. also, weight on a scale is highly innacurate, i am 174cm tall (or short lol) and when very lean, i have 67.5 when i dont eat for a day or two or three, totally empty, without much glycogen, nor fecal matter, normal amount of water and salt, and when i am normal with eating my 2 meals per day, i am at 69.5-70....people when they see me, think i am at least 85kilograms. its crazy how little muscle occupies space, yet how strange people look at you when you pack only 5-6-7 kilograms of pure muscle. thats all i have gained for 12 years of everyday sport and i even worked constructions for 3 years, 300-320 hours per month, and i even did food delievery job for 5 days a week, 90+ kilometars of riding a regular bicycle for about 12-13 hours, and still having a time to workout for at least an hour. so yap, thats all i have to say for now, hopefully i have motivated some of you to start shifting your mind, and forgeting what "fitness science" told us all these years. or shell i say, lied to us. peace out.
