Wassup Mike !! I could have told you … don’t go to the Shibuya and also Ikebukuro Mints because it’s small . I really like the Shinjuku one but never went to the Mint-Lab one .. something to check out next time I go Japan. I’ve been going to the Bandai Cross Store and hoarding some ONE PIECE cards 👍🏽 Osaka Mint is not too bad and there’s one in Fukuoka too, which is not bad. The more south you from Tokyo, I think you can find a lot of stuff especially ONE PIECE for me because everybody goes to Tokyo. I need to get The Rookies Hobby box … I’m chasing the number one draft pick kid who plays for Yokohama Dna .. Ryuki Watarai !! Have fun in Japan, buddy 👍🏽🤙🏽

BuffMan!!!! it was crazy how much One Piece was everywhere in Osaka. thats my next video from Japan. i did check out a few mom/pop shops (i like those better than mint). i'll need to keep those players in mind, i picked up a few more baseball packs in Osaka that i'll open up. when i was there, all they showed (EVERY WHERE) was the Shohei drama. and some guy i didnt know that plays for the GIANTS Japan team. I hope all is well brotha!

@CardManic9 ай бұрын
thanks so much for checking out the vlog and supporting the channel! Im going to say that prices were lower in japan compared to the states. which was a big win. for example, hobby pack of prizm is 100usd, but in japan it came out to 60usd Have a great week buddy! 😎

Be honest Mike- You're over there for Pokemon, right? 😅 I noticed a few Pokémon folks are over there. Is there a Convention or something going on? Could've swore they just had it last year? Assumed they rotated. Not a ton of football I noticed. Don't they know FOOTBALL IS KING 👑🏈??? 😅😅😅 So, are they still as high on Ohtani after all the questions surrounding him right now??? I don't know how all you peeps travel all the time. Can you believe as old as I am, I've never been out of the US? Thanks for taking us along Mike. Appreciate it. 👍 Thanks for sharing! 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈 Take Care/Stay Safe ✌ Hope you don't mind- I skipped the rip part as Im ALL football as you know, so no clue who any of those people are.😅😅😅

Thx buddy, I have some football on my next vlog vid, when I went to Osaka. A ton of Pokémon and Baseball out here. They don't love basketball and football as much.
@joshbkaufman9 ай бұрын
I used to do this with magic. I would drop 10k over there and sell it for 40k on average here. Also those mats for “breaking” are all MTG playmats. You could have picked those up for 1/10 the price and sold them here for as much as $1k.
@CardManic9 ай бұрын
yeah, i thought about picking stuff up in japan for cheap and bringing them to the states, but not going to lie, the lack of sleep from jet lag really messed me up and focus. next time i got to japan, it will be on my list. thanks so much for checking out the vlog and supporting the channel! Never been to the one in Shibuya. Yokohama’s is definitely better since they just renovated it. Been to two others near Osaka. Some are company owned and others are franchises by people. I went to the one down south and they wouldn’t take my points card since he was franchised. Again if anyone is interested in vacationing in Japan I plan itineraries as well as guide/translate for additional cost. What camera do you use?

@CardManic9 ай бұрын
Wax was close, but cheaper compared to Cali (tax). i did find Prizm hobby packs for 60USD which was killer, compared to over a 100usd in some shops.
