If you’re a swimmer, triathlete or a surfer and you are either recovering from a shoulder injury or previous surgery - and you’ve done all your rehab and you’re stronger, but you haven’t quite got your shoulder strength.... then this is for you. Maybe it’s the end of range mobility or the strength into rotation that you’re missing. Regardless, these exercises are great for your rehab routine to bring the gap from rehab to the water and help you improve that last 10 to 20%
1️⃣ Internal Rotation - 90 deg
2️⃣ Overhead Pull Throughs - 180 deg
3️⃣ Extension - Height
4️⃣ Internal Rotation High to Low Crossover
5️⃣ External Rotation - 135 deg
