Clean out the radiator

I have 5000 km still factory belt but i have jerky takeoffs and i can’t get to max with pm a wide open trottle could a bad belt cause this

Really not that bad i did a 1983 honda 200e three wheeler and you have to remove a sub trans, starting gear assembly off the starter, the generator coil and the recoil pullstart cord off the machine to change a drive sprocket. Things have gotten easier for utility machines
