He should be for sure - at just shy of 80% expected goals % when he's on the ice (and he's 6th for total ice-time these playoffs, for the record), the guy is playing among the best if not *the* best defense so far this post-season, all amidst scoring 21 points through 13 games as a freaking defenseman... guy should absolutely be the Conn Smythe favourite right now.

Honestly I don’t think there is no longer an argument between draisital and Matthews. It’s clearly draisital because he performs no matter what game in the regular season or playoffs. Hell I don’t think it’s unreasonable to say draisital is a better playoff performer than Mcdavid.
