Lakshya gets to play an extra match is definitely not a disadvantage, it's a big plus, he got used to the Olympics pressure , he got to understand the court conditions, it was always a knock out between Christie and lakshya. The only disadvantage or unfairness is that the deleted match won't be counted in the career win loss record for Lakshya, it should not be counted in the tournament for sure but should be counted in his individual career records.

Leaving that aside these guys run a sports channel they never cover khelo India games, badminton world tour etc etc ( They will cover useless bilaterals in cricket with C teams)

Lakshya Sen won't focus on this appeasement done for Indonesia by the BWF (as the fanbase for Badminton is quite high there). He will focus on beating Christie winning against whom will be an uphill challenge.

What is this journalist trying to say ? He just keep beating around the bush and he didn't talk anything relevant . Sen has beaten Christie but who is the likely to be his next opponent in the quarter ? That clarity should be given and why he stand a chance to win a medal . Injury and allegations on durg use is all behind her now. She just won a Gold at Asian Championship couple of months back. But she didn't manage to qualify for Olympics as that happens from points you collect from multiple games at world and regional level that happen preceding Olympics.
