Spotify has been targeting me as well. They've flagged so much of my music its crazy. Earlier this month they did it and had the audacity to display $6.99 as what was made from my music, which is pure BS. The plays, streams, and listeners aren't adding up at all. Spotify is the biggest slime scum next to Unioted Masters, who was the 1st to scam me.

More reasons I'm glad I no longer use Spotify. KZbin Music is not much better but I prefer it. It was convenient for media to turn to digital but it was also somewhat of a mistake¹. ¹mistake in the sense that big corporations took over much of the control of how music is distributed, highlighted, suppressed and circulated. DSPs profit the most while artists and their fans get the shorter end of the stick.

I’ve been producing since I was 12 and finally feel that I’m in a position to get serious about my craft by taking a leap of faith into becoming a full time artist. With that being said, how do I build a fan base if streaming services are not artist friendly and getting people to check out a website is almost impossible if you’re a newcomer?
