Ever since the Android 5.0 update my tablet has been acting up.i did have the problem where the clock ran slow,and about once a week it freezes for a few minutes then reboots itself.my older brother said the only way to fix the clock was to factory reset. just this morning my tablet froze up and stayed like that for about 6-7 hours.this fixed it,and the clock,and i still have all my apps! thank you!

Just turn it off after follow next steps : 1 press volume up and down and holt them 2 press power button and holt it when you see your android with a warning there just press power button and you will see Recovery mode were you will find "Factory reset" go to factory reset with volume down, press power button for selection, go down with volume - and for selection "yes" press volume up. Wait for restart and that`s it ;).

This method worked for me, thank you. I bought a tablet for my sister for Christmas, but when she unwrapped it, it was stuck on the "Android" loading screen. Initially when I checked it before wrapping, it worked fine. I think this glitch happened because I pressed "Shut down" via the tablet's options before wrapping it, so it wouldn't be on stand-by in the box. I'm not going to turn it off that way again, just in case I have to clear everything again. =\

Thanks so much for the helpful tip! My daughter's alldaymall 8gb tablet froze up and I could'nt do anything with it. I did it as exactly like you showed and it instantly rebooted it's self. ok i have a irulu tablet and when i get to the menu and choose reset to factory default, the only options are no, there is no "yes" so when i click select on any of them it just goes back to the menu. then if i do reboot system it just gets stuck on the irulu start up screen. so am i completely done with it?

I just got both tablets in the mail today and when I use the browser to watch KZbin it keep saying on both of them "unfortunately, browser has stopped". I use both irulu and Google browser on both tabs but they say the same thing. How so? The game app has error loading. What I notice is that it will load the irulu store with ease and not drop but when I type in any other site that nonsense shows up on both screens. My daughters are highly upset at this point because these are their very first tablets purchased and they can't use it. What should I do?

Thanks. This worked for me! Mine's an Allwinner A33 V140D quad core running droid 4.4.2 Kitkat. How'd I bork it? I chose ART as the runtime environment (default is Davlik) and it wouldn't boot up. But this technique brought up a selection menu and I opted for factory reset. Just have to reinstall the apps, but I have all APKs backed up. Thanks again!

HI, I have a Ainol Novo8 Advance Mini that will do jack shite. It is stuck on the Ainol load up screen and does nothing and it will stay like this until the battery runs out. We've had nothing but bad luck with the Visual Land Prestige 10 Tablet. We've had three of the same tablets. We are now waiting for the 4th one to be shipped from the factory. All tablets were bought new within a years time. The first tablet worked fine for 2 months then would not power on. They sent us the 2nd tablet and it would not power on or hold a charge upon opening. Makes me wonder if they have a Quality Assurance department? The third tablet worked fine for about three months then would no longer power on. Let's hope this fourth tablet will hold up longer than the first three.
