Love the dolphins, and just wish we had a better view of the Sunfish, they are awesome! 👍😎✌🗽 An FYI for those who, like me, didn't know what a Mola Mola was. I had an idea, but had to make sure so Googled it. The Mola Mola is the Sunfish, an incredible, beautiful creature! Specimens up to 3.3 m (10 ft 10 in) in height have been recorded. The mature ocean sunfish has an average length of 1.8 m (5 ft 11 in) and a fin-to-fin length of 2.5 m (8 ft 2 in). The weight of mature specimens can range from 247 to 1,000 kg (545 to 2,205 lb), but even larger individuals are not unheard of. The maximum size recorded is 3.3 m (10 ft 10 in) in length, and maximum weight recorded is 2,300 kg (5,100 lb).

Hey Adam great video. I got a question what kind of pants do you wear when I'm the ocean for trips like this wet suit type pants or something else. I have a dry suit but sometimes i don't want to wear that. Just curious thanks. someday i hope to get down there and do the Catalina trip would love to do the trip with you. That explorer is growing on me, Is the windshield removable? I don’t hate it but sometimes I’d like to ride without it. You know what would be cool? If they had those retractable windshields like they have on motorcycles, but have it retract all the way down for those days when you want to get wet It would just be another cool factor to add to the growing list of things it already has

It folds forward in case of a crash but you couldn’t ride like that. Being removable might be cool at times but I have to say I love it

Adam its all your fault. I came across one of your vids a little over a month ago and in that vid you met up with some other riders and took a trip to Catalina. I said to my self damn I have some lame friends who would never do that sort of stuff. I need to meet some new friends. So headed out to Del Amo Motorsports in Redondo Beach CA to purchase a Sea doo Explorer but no dealership had them in stock so picked up a 2023 fish pro trophy. Now I can do some spearfishing, fishing or just go out and have an adventure in the ocean. This will be a good way to meet some new friends. Who knows one day we just might meet up and head out to Catalina . Anyways thanks for the inspiration, I needed it.

Another fantastic video Adam. Did you happen to see the Shark week show about Tiger sharks around Catalina island? They filmed a 15 feet female tiger shark on the other side of the island snacking on sealions. So be careful out there. But never ever stop living your everyday adventure. BTW how the heck are you getting almost every stunningly beautiful ladies west of the Rocky's to be on camera with you? I'm kinda getting a little green with envy. lol

@@AdamSwords That's what they were calling them. They were trying to get tissue samples to test for mercury levels to prove they were feasting on sealions. I guess sealions have a high mercury level in them. They also showed a 15 foot Great white they caught on camera it was a very cool show. The divers in the water when they are chumming for sharks are crazy on a level I just can not understand. But as they say to each their own. Keep living that everyday adventure so us old farts don't have to.
