I have applied for flr fp on 10 year route as parent of British child as I am an overstayed ... I took same day service but they gave me letter saying that my case is complicated and I can't be on same day service .. my question is how long it standard service time take for flr fp and will they return my 800 pounds for same day service?

As per the UK law you can only be married to one person at a time therefore, it is necessary to obtain that divorce first. Best of luck.
