I don't even eat fish, I'm from the US and I would eat this meal if I had the opportunity to sit down with him because of how clean and fresh the fish look and the cleanliness and simplicity of the preparation was on point but this Rasta man seems very cool and radiated good vibes all the way. You can make other colors too, find the ediable flowers and boil them down then use the water to cook the rice. Then there is the purple sticky rice whice is natural purple already

Yup i have blue pea flowers as well i have the dried flower next ill get the powder a nice thing about it though it its a rich blue like spirulina at first then if acidic is added like lemon lime vinegar grapefruit it will become purple if only a little is added and pinker the more acid you add in it i also use blue corn its really purple its grown in northern mexico and its amazing many native americans use it for porridge/mush the make great dumplings cornbread tun cornmeal etc and when i feel for red in my things i use beet juice or beet root powder

Hey Matthew, butterfly pea flowers grow out here in JA but almost mostly white and lavender. There is a blue variety but its much more rare (grows more in South East Asia). We make blue butterfly pea coriander infused rice at the Kitchen and also use it for our COSMIC CHAI and in GALACTIC pickled turnips too lol 😎definitely very common in a plethora of ways in S.E.Asian cuisine.
