Ultimate Jamaican Fish Fry with Rasta Devon! GET FRIED 🇯🇲

We are frying up the fishies as only Rasta Devon can do! These are fresh caught right from the Caribbean sea in front of the house, some beautiful "Good Ol Wife", Sprat, Makka Back, and Snook. Escovitch is a classic Jamaican way of spicing up a fish meal, by topping crispy fried fish with a spicy pickled vegetable sauce made from onion, carrot, scotch bonnet pepper, garlic and white vinegar. So simple, so quick, and amazingly good! He also cooks up some "barefoot" dumplings and green banana and yam, perfect if you have limited ingredients but still need to fill some grumbling bellies.
