SPRAYER CART BUILD

In this video I show how I built my weed sprayer cart, using a 15 gallon Workhorse sprayer from Tracker Supply. And an old lawn trailer.
The weeds around my work shop had gotten out of control. I was tired of having to carrying a 2.5 gallon hand pump sprayer so I decided to build a sprayer cart that I could pull with my John Deere lawn tracker.

Thanks. Make the PVC pipe to hold the spray wand longer than the wand, the nozzle on mine gets stuck on the pipe and it makes it hard to remove it from the pipe, I will be making mine longer. Watch that the spray hose does not get caught in between the rear wheel and the mower or get run over by the wheel. Good luck with it and post it to KZbin.

Love it. Looks like it works good. Im thinking of going a bit more old school and build mine from scratch. I may start off with my own home made cart and a folding boom set up. I've got limited storage space so the cart will have to live outside the sprayer and other parts get to live indoors Im my garage now to find somthing to use for 5 to 10 gallons of water.

Go with the biggest size tank that you can find or you will find yourself refilling it a lot, I have a 15 gallon tank and I wish it was BIGGER!

Do you have a list of materials to make the boom

David Settle No I don't have materials list for the boom but in the video at the 27 seconds point I talk about how the sprayer boom supplied with the sprayer that I bought at Tracker Supply came with a heavy metal boom and I replaced it with a 43 inch long 3/4 inch PVC pipe and I could still use all of the original sprayer hardware. All of the sprayer nozzles, mount parts, fitting and hoses came with the Tracker Supply sprayer fit the 3/4 inch PVC pipe. The only parts that I had to supply was the PVC pipe and the PVC fittings and the bolts, washer and nuts that I used to mount it on the back of the lawn cart and the PVC pipe that I used on the hood of the John Deer to hold the sprayer wand when it was not being used. Also I had to supply the electrical switch and the longer wire for the switch. Just watch the video a few times and make notes.

It is a continuous prosses to KEEP the weeds under control, I use Cornerstone is Roundup on STEROIDS.

WOW. My KZbin channel “ON MY WORKBENCH” is Unmonetized and I just found out that KZbin is running commercials on my “SPRAYER CART BUILD” video. My channel is Unmonetized because I don’t have enough subscribers or watch hours to meet the monetization requirements that KZbin has set. I knew when I started the channel that it would be a long time before I could or would ever get monetized. But what I never expected was that KZbin to sell commercials on a video that I produced and KEEP 100% of the income from the commercials. So now KZbin is monetizing one of my videos that I can't monetize because of the monetization rules that KZbin sets and KZbin is getting paid for my work and keeping 100% of the revenue and I’m getting SQUAT. So much for paying your fair share. So once again the little guy gets SCREWED by the BIG BOYS. This is so wrong in so many ways. I guess my videos are good enough for KZbin to profit from them but not good enough for me to profit from them.

Well I just stumbled across your channel. I myself really like your idea of this home made sprayer system. Maybe make a few more to get that $. But anyway your a smart one. Thanks for your help
