Use the existing hinge hole on each side of a door for a hook, then suspend from the wavy hanger with looped zip ties. All sides can be sprayed, the door won't accidently come loose and fall, and no new holes need to be drilled and filled for finish.

Drywall screws in the existing holes for hardware and call it day. Hang using your choice of string butterfly clips etc

Great video but honestly if you screw a small hook in the bottom of the bottom cabinet doors and the top of the tops it’s way easier and I think fast. Just my 3.23 cents

Why not paint them flat on a rotating support? Anyway, you'll dry them flat on a drying rack. Is there any advantage in painting them vertically?

Vertically allows both sides to be painted.

I know this is a question based on a old video, but I am just starting of spray painting. It is a unfurnished property but the client wants spray paint on all walls and ceilings is that something that is practical or is it better to roll? Thanks

Chris, thank you so much for all the amazing videos. I'm a diy guy and at the moment I'm taking on the task to repaint my sisters kitchen cabinets while shes at the hospital. Its a surprise. I took care of all the prep but now I'm stuck on what primer to use. I was going to use the Bin Shellac but in other videos you've said its not a good idea to use the same gun when spraying oil based and latex paints. Is there a water based primer you would recommend? I really need help with this because I cant get a straight answer from anyone. I'm planning on using Sherwin Williams emerald paint. I'm open to using a different paint as well.

they make a water based Primer - B-I-N Advanced. I plan on using in my HVLP gun on my cabinets soon with Emerald trim paint soon as I complete building new doors.

🤔 If you must drill holes...🤔 drill the holes on the BOTTOM of the bottom doors AND drill your holes on the TOP of the top doors...then why fill the holes since 🤔 NO ONE will ever see them! What say you? Das 😎 all. 😉👍🏻

Price for those hooks went up 56% in 3 yrs. No thanks. Inflation or no inflation. They were barely worth it at $96. At $150 you can keep them.
