It should be throwing it further than that. The impeller belt is either slipping or the surging is slowing down the impeller.

I don’t think the engine was running good I just pulled it out of storage. I gave it to the neighborhood kid to tinker with.

I washed it off and gave it to the kid across the street. He made a bunch of money doing driveways In the neighborhood with it ! Then he bought him self a boat👍

@@DirtBrute if you had a faster RPM engine to spin the impeller and changed the radius of the chute, and modified the tip to have 5 channels each pointing at the correct angles, you would have one heck of an invention. This was proof of concept. It actually worked and could be made more efficient. I wonder what a much larger engine is capable of. This is brilliant

With a gravel driveway just Mount to lawn mower wheels on the front of the snow blower and it keeps it up off the gravel
