The song's name is "The Bitch of Living" and the word is very recurring, would be silly to change a word that comes up so many times :D It would drain the essence of the song, whereas the other words aren't that crucial. I'm a bit weirded out by the censorship of the words "'breasts" and "apples" though, I mean, since when are those bad words? :D Maybe they tried to minimize the sexuality for the younger audiences, although if I was a kid watching the Tony's, I wouldn't understand half of what they were singing nor would I get caught up with the lyrics ..

I read an interview with John Gallagher Jr. and he said that he was so surprised by the immediate applause given at his entrance during this that he had to hide the fact that he was crying, which is why he does the weird (but still uber cute) inhale thing in the middle of his line.

For anyone wondering, this is where Lea Michelle came from. She starred in this small musical that started off broadway and caught fire, moving to the Eugene O'Neill. 2 years later, she was starring in Glee. Add in John Gallager Jr and Jonathan Groff and this was one of the best Musicals I was able to see with the original cast back in '07. So stylized, but the cast absolutely devoured. It won best musical 5 minutes after this.

I've rewound it so many times to see it happen and it still looks impossible. Ok so it's not quite landing on the knees, it's landing on his toes for a millisecond and then immediately gliding down to his knees, but the level of strength and control is insane
