Full recipe:
- meat beef 500 gr.
- beets 3 pcs. small
- carrots 1 pc.
- beet tops from 3 beets
- potatoes 3 pcs. small
- onion 1 pc.
- tomato 3 pcs. small
- garlic 3 tooth.
- dill
- bay leaf 1 pc.
- juice of 0.5 lemon
- salt
- ground black pepper
- olive oil
- sour cream for dressing

Cooking:
1. Cut the meat into pieces and boil in water with bay leaf until fully cooked.
2. Cut potatoes and onions into cubes. Peel the beets and grate along with the carrots. Peel the tomatoes and cut into large cubes. Finely chop the garlic and chop the dill with a knife.
3. Disconnect the beet tops from the beets and wash thoroughly from dust and sand. Separate the stems from the leaves and chop the stems finely, and the leaves into larger pieces and divide into different bowls.
4. Pour potatoes into the broth with meat.
5. Pour oil into the pan and fry the onion for a couple of minutes, add the grated beets and carrots. Stir and fry for a few more minutes.
6. In a pan with vegetables, add the tomato and stalks of the tops and fry for a couple of minutes. Add garlic and mix again.
7. Pour fried vegetables into a saucepan with meat and bring everything to a boil. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix and add leaves. Boil for a couple of minutes and add dill. Stir and remove from fire. Serve with sour cream.
