Bathrooms and kitchens sell houses….remember no personal products out on the counters, no family pictures, declutter and start packing! I’ve sold 4 houses on my own without using a realtor! It’s so much work to keep everything neat when you’re selling, but It Works! Good luck!

Whomever buys your home will be lucky to move into a space that was loved and enjoyed plus it's basically in move in condition. The yard is just as beautiful.
