Spring in Finland - Moving trees and other preparations

The part of Finland where the cottage was, looks very much like Northern Ontario Canada. No wonder why so many immigrated Finns live there. My inlaws included. You sure take beautiful photographs. You have a keen eye for beauty.

Great video. I enjoyed your labour saving technique of flipping the sapling out of the wheelbarrow into the hole. 😁 It's the field beyond where you planted the pines for crops? It looks like it's been ploughed. 🤔

Haha thanks! Yep, the entire property is surrounded by fields (not ours) where they usually grow oats or wheat.

Plant some maple trees instead, they grow fast and give more variation during the season

Yes, I've especially missed the sun and longer days! 🌞 Saunas are for sure very common, there's one in almost every house in Finland. If not in every appartment in the city then atleast a communal one for each appartment buildings. 😁

Thank you! 😊 Technically yes but nothing resolved, the doctor said it's just some form of "long covid" and I all I can do is eat over the counter anti-inflammatory meds and check back in if it gets worse. The pain has since spread to other joints as well but I'm a bit reluctant to go back since I don't think tests will come back any different this soon. 😅 My best guess is early rheumatoid arthritis since it runs in the family but hoping the symptoms will get better with the warm weather and I'll get it checked out next fall. 😅

@@camillafjader So sad to hear they can't give you a definitive answer 🙈 My boyfriend recognized a lot of your symptoms, he tried to get help too but they couldn't give him a definitive answer either 😔 Hope you find some way to get a good answer!
