Losing a pet is SO hard and heartbreaking. I went through it 4 times by now, and I still miss my pups and think about them often and look at their photos. Mine were all adopted (after their previous owners abandoned them), and as I told my friends, I'd rather have my heart broken a thousand times over when it's time to say goodbye rather than letting them waste away in a dog shelter, because I know I've given them the best life I could and loved them with all my heart. Grief is the price we pay for love. Lovely vlog, Josie and I really like your hair like that. You look absolutely lovely.

In her words'it gives me such a sense of peace, that I can't even explain'.As a child;I found it so bizarre...now all grown up and watching you work your magical thumbs....I finally understand!! Josie, I got divorced after 23 years of marriage and my main worry was what would happen to my dog. Luckily my ex didn't want him so it was ok. Since then I have lost my border collie aged 14 and my daughter lost her labrador. We now have a spaniel of almost 13 and waiting for the dreaded day. It's heartbreaking. I love the pressed flowers, I do this too and have framed some of them.A lovely way to capture your garden! x

Hat. Lots of wonderful creative ideas you shared! I have a couple of David Austin roses. I bought one several years ago for my mother for Mother's Day. She loved pink roses. She is passed away now, but I think of her every time the pink roses bloom. David Austin roses are some of the most fragrant roses! I can't wait to try the rose jammies. I would be interested in one of your botanical pictures if you ship overseas. Especially if it's for charity. I retired from the US Forest Service - worked for the outdoors for many years so I love anything to do with promoting nature. Thank you for another lovely video! 😊

Just thought you might like a tip I heard one of the celebrity guests on the tv coverage of the Chelsea Flower Show mention - obvious but useful - and that is to plant your seeds in the veggie garden in alphabetical order 'because when the seedlings start to show they don't have labels'!! so it's easier to identify them than just relying in memory. Not sure how it works if you have several B's, C's or D's though.

The mermaid hair ,,to me,and I'm in the hair industry 37yrs, looks like you had it in plaits overnight which would be a quicker way of achieving this look... but of all the hair looks i still prefer the hair wrapped around the silk bendy overnight,, ,i put a shower cap on as well...because its waterproof it creates moisture and holds the style /curls longer... you have to take the shower cap off an hour or 2 before releasing the hair just so the moisture can evaporate and the curls will stay all day ❤❤❤

I have some lavender that I bought on Amazon with the idea of making something yummy too. You've inspired me to get off my derriere & just do it! Thank you, Josie. Btw, the butter stain in your new dress should come out if you pre-treat it with dish liquid & let it sit for at least an hour before you wash it (it always works for me). I look forward to your next vlog!❤❤❤

Josie 🌸 Just north of Carmel, CA is Castroville, the “Artichoke Capitol of the World” (fun fact - Marilyn Monroe was Queen at Artichoke Parade). A dusty old western field teaming w artichokes! Another interesting place is Gilroy “Garlic Capitol of the World”. You might want to visit Carmel and Pebble Beach, CA with a drive to Big Sur and Post Ranch (look up Post Ranch). 17 Mile Drive and Point Lobos (Robert Louis Stevenson’s inspiration for ‘Treasure Island’) a lovely hike area. Carmel itself is nonstop flowers in its Fairytale Village and famed Candy Store. You’d love to Vacay there. Last fun fact… my late husband, renown Master Piano Restorer Gary Sage, was born in Carmel.
