Wake up with me & spend a morning in my new house! My morning routine is ever-changing, but it always incorporates some self care, wellness, taking care of my space and doing something that sparks joy. I'm excited to show you an update on our interior design! The house is still a work in progress, but now we're taking it at a slower pace after moving in.

Wow this made me feel so much better! I am a very productive person, but I do not wake up naturally before 9/10am! I always feel this sense of guilt seeing these influencers wake up at 5am. But I love seeing someone else honouring their bodies natural rhythm and need for sleep. Feminine and soft slow living always ❤

As a late risee how to you schedule your day ? When is the best window time to do your work?

Yes! I struggled with waking up early for school since my natural waking time is later. I have let go of most of the guilt now. As long as I get everything done (work, wellness, etc), and I get at least 8 hrs of sleep, there’s nothing to be ashamed of. My best windows for work are afternoons & late evenings, 1-5 and I get a 2nd wind sometimes like 10pm onward

I love your taste in decor, it looks like a beautiful, calm place to live. I live in an area of the U.K. where the land is flat but the sky is enormous. Since we can have four seasons in one day here you can imagine how much it changes. Right now I’m looking at low rain clouds in a pink/blue sky.

Love your home, routine and pup. I have been blessed to have been able to live and work (and not work the past 8 years) in Zion Canyon aka Springdale (the entrance to Zion National Park). Visitors often ask me if I ever get tired of it...and I say no way! Everything looks different with the weather (clouds, lightening, wind, snow, hail, rain, sun, moon, stars, etc). There are different flowers, insects, and wildlife. The river changes too. It's all spectacular...always...no matter what.

Your home iS LOVELY. a big fan of all the different materials. Also, as a biologist I totally agree with Huberman's tip. Unfortunately, we aren't in tuned with our surroundings, including sunrise and sunset, like we used to be; and sunlight has a big influence on our hormones like cortisol.

What a palace ! I´m really jealous ! Lol -just kidding but I wish , I had that kind of palace too ( in an apartement-form, like I ´ve had it before, but unfortunately lost again,) sob ! The environment , wich brings me joy is my home - district in my home state. A tiny little village, surrounded by vinjards, as well as my 13 favorite places ( in total ) in and around my hometown. I live relatively nearby the lake constnce in south germany and the lake is just a short trainride away. I love visiting the lake constance if I have time to do that. Have you ever heard from the " Isle of flowers " ? It is called " Mainau" in german. The owners are the members of a a noble family, the Countess Bernadotte and her children. If you are in germany one time, you have to get there-it´s lovely !

I didn't know that watching this type of content when I just wake up would make so much difference in how I wanna go with my day. Today I wake up at 11 am and it makes me feel bad abt myself and seeing you wake up at the same time makes me feel better, like it's not something wrong so just relax girl. Maybe this varies between cultures & locations, but in California if a neighbor’s tree grows onto your property line, you are free to trim anything on your side. Of course I only trimmed a little off the edges so it doesn’t harm the tree.
