Amazing tips!! Hey do you think you can do another come back, what new things you learned since the video you posted: How I Lost 15 Pounds (And My Stubborn Belly Fat) in Just Over 3 Months (Over 40 Weight Loss). Are you still taking the same supplements? How much the weight fluctuated since then? I know you are NOT a dietary expert but I have to say that that video saved my life back then!! I also went pre-menopausal at 42 and have tried all as you until I followed your plan and I also lost 5 kg right away. Please please please, more tips on the topic would be lovely!!! Those tips are very similar to what I've done again, following TA workouts (Metamorphosis, continuity) plus have had to cut out some foods that were bothering me while working on healing my gut. Things like gluten and dairy were the most inflammatory for me, personally. Just working hard to heal and feel my best - and STRONGEST in life right now! xo

Yes to all of this, Erin. I can do most of these and have these elements in my wardrobe. My faves are the sheer trend (I have a lot of mesh tops), lots of Farm Rio. I just bought a burgundy Chanel small flap as my classic. We do have a lot of options and I wear what feels right on me (and try not to be too over the top or silly).
