Nice review. In Nevada i get a target that has been shot by the gun in the factory showing the guns accuracy. But we do not get a spent shell. I do not need a tool from springfield for a specific job because i got tools. I prefer ordering my optics plate from springfield because i don't want other optic plates that i will not be using. In other words, i don't want a bunch of extra stuff in my box that i don't need. I wish they did not send a lock but maybe thats a law. The Springfield XDME is my favorite handgun and I have several of them. You get high capacity mags, steel sights, a melonite barrel, great trigger, and the most important thing to me is full chamber support which is not available from other more popular brands. That alone makes this gun safer, more versatile as to what bullets you can shoot, and tighter tolerance which makes it more accurate. A solid firearm that shoots any round safely. Check out the 10,000 rounds test on this firearm. Anyway, thanks for the review. This is in my opinion the best out of the box striker fired polymer 10mm you can get.

You have to send in for the plates and I'm pretty sure that consists with the tools and if not most people already have the tools for it.

There's no target with a spent round because you live in a state that doesn't require it. They only do that with the Target and spent shell in states that require a signature from the barrel.

One half dozen or the other. Would rather have the cheaper price than the extra tools. Just me, know opinions vary.
