I love taking nature trail walks it's very relaxing and calming.. also I walk around in my yard with my bare feet because it's grounding and they say it releases negative energy into the Earth and you receive positive energy back..

I have always enjoyed going on nice afternoon walks. I have always done this. I dont have a forest but what I do have is beautiful weather, nice paths , beautiful parks, quail, hummingbirds and beautiful sky. Glad you’re finding this joy.

The beauty of the new budding bluebell sprouting among the decay of the forest floor is stunning. There is nothing more soothing to the soul as a walk in nature. I always wish I was closer to something like this to walk everyday. To talk to God... to be grateful for my life , my family, my health. We never seem to be able to leave work and responsibility long enough to get to that moment of peace and tranquility. Yet, it is out there.
