Definitely a fun one. Testing the foot injury and thankfully it was ok 👌

Thank you 🙏 at least after running, I know it's definitely not fractured, probably sprained tendon. I'm looking at sandbags, watching your training has got me intrigued!

Icing the foot? Which part of the foot is it? Our cats are trying to feed on mice at the moment. I captured one at 2am the other night in a downstairs room and took it to a spare bit of land. Walking the streets at 2am holding a mouse in a humane mouse trap. Real life is stranger than fiction quite often...

It's kind of under the fifth metatarsal right foot, so outside underneath edge. I got it from landing on the foot twisted underneath. It's not too bad though, I've run on it twice now. I think it's was minor but the day after I did it I did jump rope so probably strained it further.

I heard cats bring mice home to 'train' their owners how to hunt. Maybe they think packet food is lucky or magic. We had three mice a few years ago they'd got in via a small hole next to the shower waste pipe. I caught them on successive nights with a humane trap and took them to a park to release with a bit of food to start them off 😊 there's some dangerous type dogs near us, we see them being walked at night, huge animals. The owner lets them poop at will and often mounds of it on the pavement. Rain seems a mercy here as it cleans the streets presumably

@@reverendterminatorI'm interested in any healthy thing really. Sprinting for health. Sandbag throw looks really good for a fast posterior chain exercise, and lifts look good also in ways I'm not currently exercising. Rings look more docile in comparison

I went and picked up two eBay sandbags today, I'm glad I didn't buy a premium heavy one as 60kg is more than enough! Really hard work for hands too

very nice weather bro! Also i made a new voice over video, if there is something you can use..alot of "Sandbags" and one "Sandbag" not sure what it will be.

How will your abdominals feel after this? Nice music as usual.

You know, I don't think I activated my abs enough to feel anything. I was probably thinking more arms and lats but next time I'll try more abs.

@@HybridGym I figured the high knees and ball slams would be a good ab workout
@HybridGymАй бұрын
Yeah should be! When I feel my abs it's usually in a negative way, a strain or spasm. Actually do have some lower abs sensation today, but been lifting a new (to me) sandbag it's probably that

Yes it hit my hands more than I expected! And feet. Getting the drive through the feet. Which weight have you got? I got a 60 and 50kg today, eBay, and did a session with the 60kg as it came out of the car easier, but think ideally I'd have started more like 35 or 40kg. This is for strongman style not high rep conditioning
