great update. i like your plan for the insulation, it will work great.did you know about spray foam it works great for filling cavities and also for sticking the celotex and stopping it squeaking later on. also you can use flash band for sound deadening works just as good and is cheaper, both you can get in screwfix. your going to have a great van their when its done. get that burner in...winter is coming! billys cool but he likes his feet on the ground haha

Might be an idea to run some hose down the inside of that rib, from front to rear, then you can pull all your cabling inside it, without having to fish through the insulation ;-)

A woodburner is dry heat. It won't condensate.

Gas produces moisture when burned hence the condensation. Your breath produces moisture and this condensates. The air contains moisture and also condensates. Having a dry heat source eliminates the moisture and limits the condensation greatly.
