Very good detail on the repair process. I have used my Spirtech PCP to top off my PCP from 130 to 200 Bar, always less than 3 minutes run time, no issues so far. I ordered the spare parts kit just for security. I have all tools necessary as I also repair hydraulic and fuel injection pumps.

This is nuts to maintenance is to have the parts ready and easy not like taken a complete engine apart with out the proper replacement parts

I have the same compressor ,Do you Know where i can get the metal block that you screw the airline and ,releif Valve into the screw stripped out of mine . Thanks Jeff

What do you call that kind of flat oring or belt? Mine im start hearing different sound on my compressor... Its like some screw is lose but when i check it its all good from di outside, you think you know what causes that sound sir.. thanks for the help

i am a plumber and consider my self mechanically inclined after watching this ?? im scratching my head! why are you taking everything apart? it says for daily maintenance ? i would rather send it out for a repair! and have another one for back up at this point!

Right! this company is running a scam, plain and simple. In the USA you NEVER attempt repair during the warranty period or guess what? You just voided the warranty.This POS won't last till then and they know it, so you are the repair tech for them..Ridiculous.

No compressor on Earth, should need to be disassembled daily for "maintenance" lol Your design engineer, isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.😂
