We don’t build the frames ourselves. We’ve used a number of different frames from places like Harken and Moto madness. We’ve also been considering building a new one using the sportsman flyer frame.

What type of front brake drum is mounted on that harley replica?

I’m not sure if the name brand but it came stock on the Worksman Wheel I used.

Where can i get a frame like that? You mentioned it was a harkin frame, I tried multiple different spellings and couldnt find them. Any help would be great. Have you heard anything about mad moto inc frames?

Harken posts a lot of his frames on EBay. I’ve used Mad Moto frames and they are great!

I saw your 64 rear wheel being a 64 thats for hill climbing and you need the clearance for the frame. I didnt hear you say hill once just take off , I dont like modern coaster brakes because they are dangerous and the lock up at the wrong time. The first Harly single had a new departure coaster break with the washers instead of that newer wish bone design and I dont like the worksman rims beacuse you cant use v breaks brakes but that band break is a good idea. do you live near a lot of hills

I don’t live near hills. I’m in Richmond, TX which is right outside Houston. The 64T rear sprockets have served me very well. Yes, they allow an easy take off and my step up yields a top speed of more than 50 mph and I almost never ride that fast. This system, along with my worksman wheels has proven itself on many of my bikes for years. I understand that there are many ways to build these bikes and as I mention in the videos, it’s not the only way. I share these video to help give ideas to those trying to build one for themselves. You’re welcome to your own opinions and I wish you luck with your builds.
