Hi Mallika very healthy salad. If I am correct you are the first one who demonstrated cooking videos on social media’s. I have seen your cooking on tv channels a lot. Please post more salads. I am 58 years and my husband 65 . We mostly eat salads for dinner. Even my daughter and her husband also mostly eat salads for dinner. We are living USA. I am happy that you are mentioning health benefits also. Keep up the good work.💐💐💐💐💐

Good and healthy recipe. Audio is not clear. Please try to increase audio and decrease background music. Audio is marginally better in 2nd half of video where how to make sprouts is shown.

One teaspoon or less is enough . It is high in Soluable fibre and omega 3 fat

After two days, smell comes in the sprouts madam, that's why I left. I will try again. I didn't wash it when sprouting. , Without sprouting also it's okay right , just after a day soaked in water, I drink that water plus soaked methi seeds. Iam polycystic and obese so I need a proper way to decrease my stomach size. Thanks, also please share any thing related to my needs.thankyou very much.

ஆளி விதை பற்றி கூறவும். அதை இட்லி பொடியுடன் சேர்த்து அரைக்கலாமா? அவ்வப்போது பயன்படுத்தும்போது மட்டுமே அதை பொடிக்க வேண்டும் எனறும் பொடி செய்து வைக்க்கூடாது என்றும் கூறுகிறார்கள். விதை எவ்வளவு நாள் கெடாமல் இருக்கும்? Thank you Mam☺️

And coconuts how many days is it good to keep in fridge after scraping? Simply if I keep it in fridge it becomes hard and unusable.

There is no doubt which ever recepie u show that will be of different but some small varaitios needed in explaining should be in close up,what is flax seeds which u added how to powder this nd secure

Will show.You can bake flax seeds or roast very lightly. It will splutter.

You have to powder the rock salt.Now a days we add water & boil for some time and add after cooling.
