Good morning n thx. Really tasty dosa. Crispy n easy to make. But when you roast moong dal n use. It gives more flavour n taste. Also adding little turmeric with salt while grinding. Gives added aroma. Just my few cents. Cheers.

As a FYI for all. Ulutham paruppu too is high in protein, fiber, iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, and some of the B vitamins. In case you are not aware, Ulutham paruppu is the only vegetable source of complete protein.

Hello madam. First & foremost congralutions for having started your own channel. I have subscribed to your channel. I have a doubt regarding the Moongdhal(pasiparupu )dosa. Have religiously followed all the the tips given. Am unable to grind the dhal without water. So I added just a little water and got the consistency you have shown in the video. It turned out very tasty & yummy. Everyone in my family liked it. Thank you for the new recipe. I have been following all your recipes for a very long time. I have a request though. Can you please demonstrate recipe for pizza base without yeast/baking soda. I want to do it for my little grandson. Regards
