Ashame cause he could be making some good money, but he's trying to run before he can walk. Very common sadly. I started a pressure washing business as a teenager, then people started asking me to clean roofs. I did ok for myself, but reached a plateau. Then I realized the potential in going to roofing full time, along with gutter installation. Never in a million years did I think I'd own a roofing company, I had zero experience when I started it, but now we do 4-5 roofs a week 10 months a year. It's not cause I was smart, but because I listened to what the market was telling me and made the necessary changes.

I'm with Lori about healthier eating. I shop mostly the perimeter of the store and the Farmers Market and I cook and eat at home. I'm also concerned about the ingredients in this bread. They never said what they are. I much prefer to eat food as close to its natural state as possible.

Yes, one of the challenges with gluten free items is that some of the other ingredients are not that "healthy", Sometimes, it's best to train one's self not to eat certain foods at all. I no longer consume any kinds of breads, crackers etc. Pasta is problematic as well. One can make pasta out of vegetables but that's if one cooks from home like I do.

@@angelbulldog4934 Well, that's why you make bread with the "best in the area", but it is still not gluten free. To have a gluten free product, one has to have no wheat or grain based flours. One needs to be using a nut type flower like Almond flour or cashew flour. Once one has food allergies or correctly identifies said allergies, the way they eat is quite different. Since most people are not identified correctly, they don't realize that some of their autoimmune issues are caused by food sensitivity. The popularity of certain ways of eating like the Paleo diet, have no grains, no dairy, and often people's physical ailments are " cured" by changing how they eat.

Really hate that people don't get that organic food being more expensive is just ridiculous and makes the decision to eat healthy next to impossible for most people who live paycheck to paycheck. The difference in pricing is a key factor and if the organic movement really wanted to "help" people they'd do something about the numbers. They could become NGOs, get tax credits or subsidies from government there are a million ways if it's really about helping society then put your money where your mouth is.
@tj51632 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately they can only help so much considering the cost to make, ship and buy organic product is way higher than non organic, which is why factories and big industry doesn’t try to keep things organic it’s hard and cost more. Obviously that price has to be passed on to the plate. Eating healthy isn’t eating just organic foods or things like their bread it’s making sure your diet is balanced with everything you personally need. Obviously the fresher and less preservatives the better a product will be but you have to just accept that it costs more to make it that way.

I agree they need a better business model, significantly lower the cost of CAC, lower the cost of production, and create better packaging and marketing catch phrases, then $4.2 milliion in sales projected for 2021 actually sounds impressive.
