I like this show, and most of all this episode. Here Mark shared a lot of insight and knowledge from experience. They should cast this show in school, it is easy to follow and not a burden as studying on books is. I also really appreciated Lori here:" i know little to nothing of the topic, i see potential for customers (that is my core strenght), let's see if someone with more experience,knowledge and money can help me (Mark)". Here Mark alone would have called himself out i think. Damn, it is so interesting to understand the mindset of sussessfull entrepeneurs. Thank you for sharing!

The best advice ever is in the last 5 seconds of this video. When you raise money you raise an obligation but our media celebrates it as profitability. That is the lesson for all entrepreneurs out there.

This is actually a smart idea. Maybe. Not for the us market but internationally. Tesla and other electric vehicles are being imported as of this moment to various countries and so far there is only a limited amount of charging areas outside of houses. This could play a major role for those areas/countries.

Imagine them leasing it to one company for $150/month, then the company turns around and lease it to another company/consumer for $250/month. Unless there’s some kind of software lock, nothing prevents this from happening.

The longevity in a portable charger is uncertain if wireless charging is proven to be safe and commercially scalable. But, that will probably take several years or even decades.

They will face stiff competition with Tesla. There may be a lithium shortage-- there are conflicting reports. I think hybrids are a better option than fully electric vehicles.
@juanh60993 жыл бұрын
They found the biggest lithium deposit of around 244 million tons in Mexico last year and they are developing a mine right now. I’m not sure if that’s a lot when added to the rest of the worlds in Bolivia and Chile and the US. China and Russia are very interested in it so I’m guessing it’s a lot.

Lithium was vital in Z Nation.
@jpriley1003 жыл бұрын
There isn't a lithium shortage. Their is a lithium mining shortage. Earth has tons of Lithium. Its just that the mining companies aren't growing as fast as the battery industry needs them to grow. This is why Tesla signed a huge deal with a Lithium mine in NC to majorly expand their operation and Tesla is starting their own mine in Utah. If the mining industry isn't doing it, Tesla will just do it themselves.
@juanh60993 жыл бұрын
@@jpriley100 I mean I’m not very informed on the subject. I know China makes Tesla batteries and China is helping Mexico with the mine development. I know the US has the second biggest deposit in Nevada. I also know mining lithium is very bad for the environment.

What people dont see is that batteries require lithium. Lithium mines are just as bad if not worse then fossil fuels. Look up lithium mines and youd be shocked.
