The Weinberg is legal for anyone over 18 in Germany. One of the gun law requirements is that the energy of the „projectile“ doesn’t exceed 7,5 joules. You might get hurt, but that’s far away from lethal.

Needs more mass, and alot more speed. Unless you catch one in your eye. It was an interesting theory though!
