I started out collecting the value folders as well. Now I have an addiction to collecting the distributor exclusives. I just ordered one of the last bladehq shaman m4 dlc! It came out at noon EST. I forgot all about the drop and must have ordered the last one, my emailed receipt time was 5:11pm EST! Looking forward to the 2020 Spyderco knives along with your videos, keep it up man.

Do you think they will do a lightweight Shaman??? I love my Shaman so much and a lightweight would disappear in pocket even more than the regular Shaman does.

WOW! I never thought about a Shaman Lightweight! That would be great! I bet Spyderco will do a Shaman Lightweight. It makes sense.

The problem is that it would be so blade heavy that the balance would be terrible. On the G10 Shaman, they even had to put a chunk of metal at the butt of the handle for a backspacer to balance the knife more. I think the only way a lightweight Shaman would work is if they really thinned out the blade stock, but then it wouldn't really be a Shaman anymore.

The Tenacious is my favorite Spyderco. Even the more expensive Para 2 and native aren't as well designed for my hand. The lesser quality steel is easier to sharpen than S30v. I also don't like the compression lock as much as the liner lock. It just sucks the Tenacious isn't American made!!!
